Frequently asked questions and answers:


- Can I collect the package?
No, it is not possible to collect orders to protect you (as a customer) and our employees.

- My package has not yet been delivered, why is that?
Unfortunately, our shipping partners (PostNL and DHL) also experience problems, as a result of which many parcels and postal items are delayed. Once your package has been sent, we have no influence on this. Trust, the package will arrive to you automatically!

- When can I expect the package?
If the status is sent, you can really assume that it will be delivered within a few working days. In some cases it can delay up to 5 working days.

- I can't track the package, what is the tracking number?
I.v.m. the method of shipping can (regularly) occur that a shipment is sent without a tracking code, but only with delivery confirmation. If no tracking code is known, your package (within the Netherlands) is currently delivered within 1 - 5 working days.

- I have received part of the order and something is missing, what should I do?
It is possible that your order has been sent from different warehouses, after receiving one package, the other package will not take long (usually within 1 to 2 working days).

- I have received the wrong or damaged item, what should I do?
It is best to email us instead of calling. Send us an email with your order number and your report, we will then provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

- I want to exchange an item, what should I do?
If you have not yet assembled the item (or removed it from the packaging), you can return the item to our return address at your own expense.

Clearly state your order number. We will credit your money within 14 days of receipt and verification. You can order a new item yourself via the website.

Package delayed?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, you can really assume that. Often the same day. However, the suppliers and delivery partners are also extra busy and have to deal with a delay of 2 working days. It is therefore possible that you will only receive the order after 3 - 5 working days, where this is normally the next day. Unfortunately, the tracking codes (track-trace) do not always work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
